Having held diverse roles across industries in the USA, his expertise spans financial strategy, operations, and market dynamics, enabling him to drive transformative change at L&D Fragrances.
Under his leadership, the company has embraced innovation, new technologies, and sustainable practices to solidify its position as an industry leader.
Outside of work, Charles is a semi-professional cricketer, competing in leagues across the USA. His passion for the sport reflects his dedication to teamwork, discipline, and perseverance values he applies to his leadership at L&D Fragrances.

She is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of L&D Fragrances (also known as Yules Fragrance).With a Master's in Social Work from the Delhi School of Social Work, she brings a unique blend of social sector experience and creative leadership to her role.
At L&D Fragrances, she oversees production and leads the development of new fragrance lines, ensuring that each product reflects the brand's commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Passionate about crafting sensory experiences, Yurlimchon collaborates with artisans and explores new scents to shape the brand's vision and storytelling.
Dharitri Rani Basumatary
Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Dharitri, with an MBA in Marketing and Operations from IIM Rohtak, combines strategic insight with a passion for fragrance.
As CMO, she leads L&D Fragrances (also known as Yules Fragrance) marketing strategies, shaping brand campaigns that highlight sophistication, sustainability, and sensory delight.
A scented candle enthusiast at heart, Dharitri is dedicated to crafting products that evoke emotion and elevate spaces, driving the brand’s vision forward with creativity and authenticity.
