SHIPPING POLICY
We are now offering global delivery, bringing our fragrances to your doorstep no matter where you are! Please note that international shipping charges apply, and product prices may vary for global orders.
Processing Time
Each order is carefully hand-packed to ensure the highest quality. Please allow [3-7] business days for PAN India Delivery (according to the distance of the region) for delivery after order processing. International Delivery days may Vary as per the location.
For custom or pre-ordered items, processing times may vary. We will keep you informed of your order status via email.

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping charges are applicable (free for orders over 999 INR)
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email/text with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package as it makes its way to
you.
Delivery Issues

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process:

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your itemback to us.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is
approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Sale items and custom-made orders are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your
order. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the
damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition before initiating a return.
